Neeraj K Mishra — Architect, Author & Sustainability Advocate

Neeraj K Mishra is an architect, author and sustainability advocate based in Gurugram with over two decades in Indian real estate. He has overseen the design of more than 220 million square feet of sustainable space, is a founding member of the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), and heads the infrastructure division of the BRICS Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

His work spans five disciplines: architecture and consultancy (One Point Design), construction (One Point Build Tech), writing and philosophy, philanthropy, and community service. He is the author of Life and Desires (2024) and Life With Different Facts! (2025), published by Notion Press.
